Student Congress

In order to enter Student Congress you must submit a bill/resolution via email or other electronic copy like a disk the tournament before( for the October contest the bill is due to Laura Cristiano by September 30) you wish to enter.  All emails must be received by 8:00pm the date of the contest prior to the debate of the bill.  All bills/resolutions will be posted online/emailed to the individual coaches the Wednesday following after their format has been verified as acceptable.
